Access

callbackresume is an invite-only beta. Access is granted at the administrator's discretion and may be changed or revoked at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for using the product only for lawful job-search workflows.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the resumes, profile details, job descriptions, notes, and generated documents in your account.

You grant callbackresume a limited license to process that content so the product can parse resumes, analyze job postings, generate drafts, export files, send account emails, and support your account.

Generated Output

callbackresume acts as a ghostwriter. It uses AI to draft resume, cover-letter, and recruiter-email content based on the profile data you provide. The words are generated — the facts behind them are yours. The product is not a recruiter, career counselor, law firm, or background-check service.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and truthfulness of every document before submitting it to an employer, recruiter, or job board. Do not submit generated content that is inaccurate, misleading, confidential, or unsupported by your real experience. callbackresume is not liable for any consequences arising from content you choose to submit.

callbackresume does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation, ATS ranking, recruiter response, or job-board acceptance.

Job Suggestions — Do Your Own Research

Job matches and role suggestions surfaced by callbackresume are intended as starting points only. They reflect algorithmic similarity between your profile and available postings — not a professional recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of fit.

You must conduct your own independent research before pursuing any opportunity. Verify the employer, role, compensation, requirements, and legitimacy of every posting on your own. callbackresume makes no representation about the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any job listing.

By using the job-suggestion features, you acknowledge and accept full legal responsibility for the decisions you make based on those suggestions. callbackresume, its operators, and its affiliates are not liable for outcomes resulting from jobs you apply to, accept, or decline.

Job Boards and Third Parties

Assisted discovery links open third-party job boards in a new tab. Those sites are controlled by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, ranking systems, and application processes.

callbackresume does not control third-party postings and does not promise that a posting is still active, accurate, or available.

Payments

The current invite-only beta does not process payments in the application. If paid plans or credit packs are added later, the price, included usage, renewal terms, and refund policy must be shown before purchase.
